Yatırımcılar bu hafta, ABD Merkez Bankası’nın (Fed) para politikası kararın odaklanması ile ABD 10 yıllık Hazine tahvili getirisi Salı günü %4,4 civarında yatay seyretti. Fed’in Çarşamba günü faiz oranlarını sabit tutması bekleniyor, ancak Eylül ayında olası bir faiz indirimi konusunda verilecek sinyaller piyasalar tarafından yakından izlenecek. Ayrıca Fed’in enflasyon göstergesi olarak tercih ettiği Kişisel Tüketim Harcamaları (PCE) raporu da yakında açıklanacak ve bu veri, tarifelerin fiyat baskıları üzerindeki etkisi konusunda ipuçları verebilir. Bu hafta ayrıca iş gücü piyasasına ilişkin bir dizi veri açıklanacak; haftanın en çok beklenen verisi ise Cuma günü yayımlanacak olan aylık istihdam raporu olacak. ABD hisse senedi vadeli işlemleri, haftaya karışık bir başlangıç sonrası Salı günü yatay seyretti. Pazartesi günü S&P 500 %0,02, Nasdaq Composite ise %0,33 yükselerek her ikisi de yeni rekor seviyelere ulaştı. Piyasa, ABD ile Avrupa Birliği arasında duyurulan yeni ticaret anlaşmasına tepki verirken, aynı zamanda yoğun bir bilanço haftası ve önemli ekonomik veriler öncesinde temkinli duruş sergiledi. ABD ile Avrupa Birliği arasında hafta sonunda varılan ve AB’den yapılan ihracatın çoğuna %15 gümrük vergisi getiren ticaret anlaşması da dikkat çekmeye devam ediyor. Anlaşma, ABD ekonomisine orantısız şekilde avantaj sağladığı gerekçesiyle eleştiriliyor. Öte yandan, ABD-Çin ticaret ateşkesinin uzatılabileceğine dair iyimserlik arttı. Yatırımcılar, makro ekonomik veriler başta olmak üzere Meta, Microsoft, Apple ve Amazon gibi büyük teknoloji şirketlerinin açıklayacağı bilançolara da odaklanmış durumda.


Eurozone
Avrupa’da yatırımcılar, yeni açıklanan ABD-AB ticaret anlaşmasının etkilerini değerlendirmeye devam ederken, hisse senedi piyasalarının Salı günü yükselişle açılması bekleniyor. Pazartesi günü bölge genelindeki hisseler baskı altında kaldı. Anlaşma, Euro Bölgesi büyümesi pahasına ABD ekonomisini destekler nitelikte görüldü. Fransa’dan yetkililer, AB mallarına %15 gümrük vergisi getiren bu anlaşmayı dengesiz olarak nitelendirirken, Almanya Başbakanı Friedrich Merz, yeni şartlar altında Almanya’nın önemli ölçüde ekonomik zarar görebileceği konusunda uyarıda bulundu. Yatırımcılar ayrıca, Barclays, L’Oréal, AstraZeneca ve Ferrovial gibi büyük Avrupalı şirketlerin açıklayacağı bilançolara odaklanmış durumda. Vadeli işlemlerde Euro Stoxx 50 %0,3, Stoxx 600 ise %0,2 yükseldi..


Türkiye
On the first trading day of the week, exchange rates followed a near-flat course with low volatility. Rating decisions by credit rating agencies had limited impact on pricing. Following the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT)'s interest rate cut decision, next week's July inflation data will be crucial for the interest rate cut cycle. In the US, tomorrow's Fed interest rate decision will be a key consideration. Market expectations are for interest rates to remain steady. Fed Chair J. Powell's messages will be crucial. Furthermore, disagreements on interest rates have been ongoing between the US administration and the Fed for some time. Furthermore, trade agreements before August 1st will be closely monitored. Following the US-EU tariff agreements, negotiations between the US and China will be closely monitored.


EUR/USD
The euro remained under pressure following a broad dollar strengthening as investors reacted to the newly announced US-EU trade agreement. Technically, the pair is trading at 1.1647 in the short term.
We are monitoring the level. The risk of the price falling below the 20-50 EMA indicates increasing selling pressure. If the 1.1524 level is broken to the downside, the decline is likely to continue to the 1.1462 support.

GBP/USD
The British pound has hit its latest two-week high as weak UK data shifted market focus from inflation to slowing growth and trade optimism lifted the US currency.
Technically, we are monitoring the GBP/USD parity level of 1.3385, declining from $1.358 to 1.33 levels. Persistence above this level is crucial for positive expectations.
Below 1.3385, 1.3318 – 1.3284 levels can be monitored as support. As intraday technical levels;

XAU/USD
Gold rose to around $3,320 an ounce on Tuesday, but fell to a three-week low as easing trade tensions and a stronger US dollar dimmed the metal's appeal.

Brent Crude Oil
Brent crude futures traded around $70 a barrel on Tuesday, a move that was expected on Monday after President Trump shortened the deadline for Russia to reach a Ukraine peace deal.

Nasdaq (Near Term)
Technically, we are monitoring the 23509 level for the Nasdaq index futures contract. If the index continues to hold above that level, we could move towards 23600.
